Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: (5-7 business days)
- Express Shipping: (2-3 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries in Europe and North America.
- Standard International: (10-15 business days)
- Express International: (5-7 business days)
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email.
Delivery Issues
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@refreshrain.com. We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
