How to Return Your Order

Return Shipping
UK Returns: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
International Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us through our website and we'll arrange a replacement right away.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund - your choice!
